Well, after the initial shock(no pun intended), one of the first things I thought about was how much damage had been done. Thankfully, the physical damage appears to have been minimal. The next thing I thought about was how prepared was my family and I, if the damage had been extensive. It, also, made me wonder how prepared our government is to handle a major disaster. I am sure many people wonder the same thing. Hopefully, we will never have to find out. I am going to the stores this weekend to stock up on some basic survival supplies.
Shouldn’t we all take some responsiblity to make sure we are better prepared for a disaster?
