According to my sources, no challenge was filed this afternoon in the Hal Patton candidacy. Shows what I know.

Obviously, there was no reason to challenge, when the challenger ultimately would have lost.
The discussion on differences in policy and philosophy should give the voters a choice in November.
By the way Wayne, I’ll take some of the action based on your prediction of 62 t0 38.

Seeing as how Dustan only beat Gene Frizzo 56.5% to 43.5% in 2004, I would think Dr. Patton will have a much better showing as an independent. He’ll likely get all of the Republican support, and also many independents. I think this one could be very close.
