Ahhh. The only negative to SIUE going D1: my two alma maters play each other in men’s basketball for the first time:
On Saturday, Dec. 27, the Tigers will play Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville Cougars at Mizzou Arena. SIUE athletics is moving up from Division-II and will play Mizzou as provisional Divison-I team.
No good can come of this.
